@Lloyd McKenzie we are taking 3 FHIR IGs to ballot:
- https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/case-reporting/ (This IG has already been published)
- https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-bfdr/
- https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-vr-common-ig/ SPECIAL CASE - FMG wanted us to change the id and canonical from "ig" to "library", so it's a bit weird
@David deRoode is working on sorting out the Jira specification files for all three.
What should the specification/@url be for each of these?
I'm thinking:
- http://hl7.org/fhir/us/ecr/ (because this is what it already is)
- http://hl7.org/fhir/us/bfdr/
- http://hl7.org/fhir/us/vrcl (?????)
Is there some heuristic we should use to determine these or is this something that you guys do on your end?

So @David deRoode it's actually in the proposal:
The common ig is: us/fhir-vr-common-library and the other two are correct.

Don't worry about the ballotUrl if you don't want to - it's not currently used
