Reading FHIR Spreadsheet Authoring constraints should be created as XPATH2.0 terms. I couldn't find where to put fhirpath expressions. In the FHIR Core build i saw u are using a Column between OCL and XPATH named expression for it. So i assume this is the way to do, and the wiki is outdated?

2. I also assume fhirpath only would be sufficient as long all systems using the profile are knowing how to interpret fhirpath. Xpath is for systems which aren't aware of fhirpath?

3. Maybe i'm blind, but i couldn't find a template for the Excel Sheet(s), of course i can create one from the spec, or reuse some core excel sheets - a empty template may be more convenient for most users.

reuse a template spreadsheet from this repo. They should all work with the latest build. you will see the added column for expression. The xpath 2.0 is not used internally but there for display. ( busy work IMO)
