LOINC oddity with IGP:
Any idea why IGP tells me that https://loinc.org/80358-5/ is
The code "80358-8" is not valid in the system http://loinc.org; The code provided (http://loinc.org#80358-8) is not valid in the value set 'All codes known to the system' (from http://tx.fhir.org/r4) for 'http://loinc.org#80358-8'
The terms appears to be not new….

well -8 is not valid.. but I think you mean -5 which is valid
John Moehrke (Mar 31 2022 at 21:58):
the error says you tried -8... but your text says you asked for -5
Saul Kravitz (Mar 31 2022 at 22:17):
Thanks @John Moehrke it's been a long day.

Actually, @John Moehrke ...
I'm getting errors on this LOINC code where it appears that I've gotten it right:
https://loinc.org/80626-5/
The code "80626-5" is not valid in the system http://loinc.org; The code provided (http://loinc.org#80626-5) is not valid in the value set 'All codes known to the system' (from http://tx.fhir.org/r4) for 'http://loinc.org#80626-5'
What am I doing wrong with this one? THX
Grahame Grieve (Mar 31 2022 at 22:49):
it's not obvious - that code is valid according to tx.fhir.org
