Topic: Incomplete references for Medication in R5

I'm looking at the bleeding edge Medication IG and I noticed that the MedicationRequest resource is not listed among the resources that reference Medication.
This strikes me as both odd and concerning, considering that R4 Medication does list MedicationRequest as a referee.
Is this omission intentional, or could it be caused by the new use of CodeableReference in MedicationRequest R5 (versus the Reference[Medication] in MedicationRequest R4)?
I guess what I may be asking is - should a CodeableReference referent resource also list the referee?

Yes, it's a known defect that CodeableReference references don't list the resources in the list of referred resources.
