Stream: IG creation

I have been in line to Publish in Trifolia since yesterday afternoon. In the past, I have been told this was due to heavy use of the Publisher, but my wait times in the past have not exceeded 2-3 hours. This is occurring in the SDOH CC IG https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-sdoh-cc/. Any suggestions for resolution?

It seems that for some reason the queue in ToF is getting hung up. I'm not sure if it's because the IG Publisher is finishing unexpectedly and ToF is failing to remove the queue associated with the exited IG Publisher, or if something else is going on. We're investigating... I'll likely need to add some management functionality to monitor the queue a little more closely...
