From the next release, the validator and the publisher will start enforcing ImplementationGuide.global profiles. Also from the next release, the publisher will start being explicit in the QA page which profiles it has validated a resource against, and why. You will be able to get the validator to do this using the -crumb-trails parameter

My question is - is this something that should be turned on in the template or configured in the template? If the answer is "it's always on in the IG Publisher", that's fine.
