I'm getting 100+ lines in the SDC build console log that look like this:
Ingore CodeSystem/allergyintolerance-clinical from package hl7.fhir.r4.examples#4.0.1
Ingore CodeSystem/allergyintolerance-verification from package hl7.fhir.r4.examples#4.0.1
Aside from the mis-spelled 'Ignore', these messages don't seem to add a lot of value. Can they be removed @Grahame Grieve?
