The next IG publisher (the one due out today) will support publishing IGs based on R4B. You specify the version 4.1.0. This works with Sushi
The IG publisher after that (date unknown) will support publishing IGs based on R4 (current build). You specify the version 4.6.0. I don't think that this will work with Sushi, or that editors should expect that it will - there's some dirty hacks to get that to work.

And there's no prospect that 4.6.0 support will include IGs that have ConceptMaps in them.

I've however still some that I suppose depends on the 4.1.0 version.. for example a bunch related to the for the ig parameters

the other is an error in the base FHIR spec. FMG will approve an exemption.
