The previous version of our IG was published as 0.1.0 last year (May2020). I am trying to tag a version 0.2.0 for May2021 ballot. I have added this to package-list.json and also in the JIRA-specification repo but I still only see 0.1.0 and current:
http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/security-label-ds4p/history.html
And the link to currenton this page doesn't work.
Meanwhile when I click on the 0.1.0 version, I go to a page where the heading says 0.2.0 - STU 1 Ballot:
http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/security-label-ds4p/2020May/
In the QA report this is what I see in the version check section:

0.1.0 = ok. Step ballot in sequence STU 1, to be published at http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/security-label-ds4p/2020May (subdir = 2020May). The version 0.1.0 has already been published. Version is older than 0.2.0
0.2.0

Is there a documented protocol on how to upgrade the version of the IG and how to tag a release?

@Grahame Grieve any advice on this?

don't know what you're asking. the publication process handles this part

@Grahame Grieve are you saying that this is not something expected of an IG author, as it is accomplished by the HL7 publication mechanism?

authors need to set up the IG with the version it's going to be, and check that's OK. but actually doing the release and updating the history page... the publication process handles that
