I get a slew of messages like this

Should I delete my .fhir directory?

Doing that won't hurt anything - it'll just make your next builds take a bit longer. It's worth a try. If you still have the problem, then there may be a tooling issue

@Lloyd McKenzie Well, I gave it the old college try and it made no difference. On the other hand, the presence of the errors doesn't seems to have any effect on the final product. The IG is the same as far as I can tell and the qa/html is the same.
I have noted that when I push to git hub its up at https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/phd/ lightning fast. It used to take a long time. How did you pull that off?
