I am getting this error form the IG publisher

    The link 'PhdImplementationGuide.html' for "Continua Personal Health Device Implementation Guide" cannot be resolved

Yet the guide builds and can be browsed. How can the guide NOT be found and built at the same time?

Here is the start of the guide:

Is there a page in your Ig called PhdImplmentationGuide.html?

Normally the home page of the IG is called index.html. (That's what it should be called.)

it IS index.html. I don't have a page in my guide called PhdImplementationGuide. Do I need one?

The error is reported in the resources.html file which is (last line below)

<p>This page provides a list of the FHIR artifacts defined as part of this Implementation Guide.</p>

<h4 id="implementationguide">ImplementationGuide</h4>

And indeed, there is no PhdImplementationGuide.html in my output directory

Turns out that the resources was an extra file that is no longer needed and no longer displayed or rendered so the error had no consequence
