Do we expect ImplementationGuide.contact.telecom to only contain a website, or can it be populated with any contact information?
I've added an email address (with email system), and that's causing hundreds of broken links in my build.

The website doesn't have to be first, but the template requires that there be a website contact. If you want to have phone numbers or other types of contacts too, that should be fine.

@Lloyd McKenzie , The template apparently requires that the first contact be a website. I swapped the order and the issue resolved.
