Topic: IG Publisher shows error on Bundle (validator is fine)
Oliver Egger (Dec 21 2021 at 22:51):
We have with the latest IG Publisher an error that a contained resource is not found in the Bundle:
ref-1: 'SHALL have a contained resource if a local reference is provided' 'SHALL have a contained resource if a local reference is provided' ( (url: pat; ids: ))
The FHIR validator however validates the Bundle with no error.
The error shows also newyl up on another ig with a Bundle. We have a lot of other contained resources, it looks like the message is only appearing when a resource together with the contained resource is in a bundle.
@Grahame Grieve @Mark Iantorno should we raise this as an issue for the IG Publisher? IG source is here: https://github.com/ehealthsuisse/ch-epr-mhealth
John Moehrke (Dec 21 2021 at 22:59):
looks like the one I already reported and provided a working focused IG. https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179252-IG-creation/topic/new.20Bundle.20validation.20behaviour
John Moehrke (Dec 21 2021 at 22:59):
my test IG still fails, the github issue is still open.

Grahame Grieve (Dec 21 2021 at 23:13):
does the very latest validator validate it without error?
John Moehrke (Dec 21 2021 at 23:19):
I just ran update publisher and build.. still failed
Grahame Grieve (Dec 21 2021 at 23:20):
I didn't ask about the publisher
John Moehrke (Dec 21 2021 at 23:20):
ah, I figured the publisher called upon the latest validator
Grahame Grieve (Dec 21 2021 at 23:27):
only when I release it - it's bound inside the publisher

yes, my bundles do validate with the latest validator
Grahame Grieve (Dec 22 2021 at 07:32):
great. A publisher is due out in the next few hours that should solve this then. (fingers crossed)

well, it's 11pm and I've been going 18 hours straight trying to get this stuff all done before christmas. And I've run out of steam. The core library is building right now, and it'll be 50 minutes before I can kick off the release. All this is to say: I'm going to sleep now, and then tomorrow I'll finish the release
