I'm trying to figure out how to view more detailed logs of why the IG Publisher is failing for me.
The docs show "A full log to [tmp]/fhir-ig-publishing-tmp.log"
However, I don't see a file with this name in the temp directory. Is this no longer valid?

not should still be produced, but with the name "fhir-ig-publisher.log"

if by %temp% you mean the system environment variable.. no

I thought it was referring to the temp directory used within the IG package
