I am getting errors on external code system validation. I get an Information warning stating that the CS is unknown and can;'t be validated:
Code System URI 'https://www.ada.org/en/publications/cdt' is unknown so the code cannot be validated
and at the same time getting a validation error:
None of the codings provided are in the value set http://hl7.org/fhir/us/carin-bb/ValueSet/ADADentalProcedureCode (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/carin-bb/ValueSet/ADADentalProcedureCode), and a coding from this value set is required) (codes = https://www.ada.org/en/publications/cdt#D0220)
I am confused that I am getting a validation error on a code that it does not have and even says it can't validate.
