The Carin-BB IG started to fail when moving from IG publisher version 1.1.35 to 1.1.38.
Built fine in 1.1.35.

@Grahame Grieve Could you please shed some light on when the next publisher will be available so we can plan around it? Is it imminent, or should we be counseling our customers for a longer wait?

@Grahame Grieve to be a bit more clear. This is now delaying the vote on the publication of the CARIN IG for BB, which we expected to take up today. Can you give us an estimatation of when this will be fixed? We will need to update CMS to inform them that the final publication of the IG will be delayed until this is fixed.

Sigh. Publishing a new version of UTG has consumed much of my time for the past few days, and I have an unresolved test failure that is holding publication up. My goial is to get a new version today my time
