@Grahame Grieve ,in that path(C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\obgynhistory-r4\generated_output\temp\images\Thumbs.db) Thumbs.db is not there, i am not able to understand from where it is taking?

windows auto-created file. but you should not get more than one - what happens if you delete all your copies of that file?

Even if we deleted ,we are getting the same error.
