Just want to confirm that when commenting on a FHIR IG, we still can make comments in the GForge Tracker AND/OR the Spreadsheet?

Strongly prefer that comments come in in gForge. However, to count as a ballot item, the comment needs to be referenced in the spreadsheet submitted to the ballot website.
