Stream: IG creation

At the HL7 IG workshop, I was shown how to create -intro and -notes files that would get included into a StructureDefinition output html file as part of the build process. I tried doing that recently and it doesn't appear to work.
i.e. I have a resource
resources/StructureDefinition-BreastBodyLocation.json
and I create files
pages/StructureDefinition-BreastBodyLocation-notes.md
pages/StructureDefinition-BreastBodyLocation-intro.md
and I don't see the text of either file in the output StructureDefinition-BreastBodyLocation.html file.
Has this capability been removed from the publisher?
(I don't want to spend a couple days figuring trying to see what I am doing wrong if it just isn't supported any more)

It hasn't been deliberately removed, but it's currently not working (been in that state for at least a month). I will try to find time to dig today or tomorrow to figure out why and fix.
