The code "E08.8" is not valid in the system http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/icd-10; The code provided (http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/icd-10#E08.8) is not valid in the value set 'All codes known to the system' (from http://tx.fhir.org/r4) for 'http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/icd-10#E08.8'
E08.8 appears to be a valid code -- see here

Try clearing your tx cache

These errors are from the CI build process....and my txcache isn't checked into my repo....
When I clear my cache on my laptop and build, I get the same errors.
