There are two possibilities here. Did you want to take your guide through the HL7 standards process and get it adopted as a standard (which will often involve making changes in response to feedback and is only appropriate if your IG is intended to apply either globally or US-wide)? Or did you just want to publish your local IG under the fhir.org website?
