My ig.json is automatically generated and the "history" in it is just "history.html" however it's right in the footer. I'm not sure how to fix that. Where is it pulling the setting from?

anyway what really matters is your references, not the setting. the setting is an oblique for me to get at the issue nut something I can actually check automatically

What does that drive? All of my IGs have the same value and no one has complained so far...

so the history setting in the ig.json defines a link that the link checker doesn't count as a broken link. so I want that link to be set to the absolute URL so that the link checker won't ignore local (wrong) reference such as plain history.html. Of course, if you have an empty history.html page or something to suppress the link (which you shouldn't), then my check is missing the point
