is equal to
http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-cdex/history.html
Which is one of the two legal options

you have no nominate the history page in your ig.json. you're no doing that

Piggybacking on this thread with a possibly different history page issue - I have an IG that is up for ballot for the first time and is on build.fhir.org. The history page tab shows a 404 error on it: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/mcode/history.html. I've heard that this resolves once the IG is moved to production (on hl7.org). Question...is this expected behavior for a first time published IG without prior history? If not, what should I fix in my config (ig.json or other) to resolve this?

the history page doesn't exist until the first time a milestone is published. So you'll get a 404 until then
