The IG Publisher recently started raising hyperlink issues about links to 'Any.html' which are arising because the publisher is marking 'Any' as a hyperlink when it renders one of the allowed types of a profile as Reference(Any). This type comes from an auto-inferred extension. The specific issues can be seen here: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-crd/qa#internal
