I know that @Grahame Grieve produced CDA StructureDefinitions. Is there a means to create StructureDefinitions based on other V3 models? I specifically want to use the V3 ICSR and the V3 SPL models and create FHIR StructureDefinitions for them.

you know I said to @Wayne Kubick this week that this question would come up soon. The answer is that this should totally be possible, but there's plenty of work to be done to get the fundamentals in place. Of the community, @Oliver Egger, @Rick Geimer and I understand the process, but @Sean McIlvenna has the mastery (such as there is)
