Hi all,
Is it a known issue that in the rendered narrative on ImagingStudy examples that the extensions don't render at all? You can see them at the json section but not in the narrative, confusing the reader. Or am I doing something wrong while writing my examples, however neither Sushi nor IGPublisher nor QA.html complain. Thanks!

The narrative comes from the .text element. There is a default narrative creation that comes from the IG publisher, but you don't need to use this. This default narrative creation is helpful sometimes, in that it creates consistent look to the narrative. But this default narrative creation is not a realistic clinical solution.
