- Is there any way to link to examples, from the extension page?
- Does the text "This Extension is not used in this Implementation Guide" mean the extension doesn't appear in any examples, or just that it's not mentioned in any profiles?
(same applies to extension in the core spec, I guess -- e.g., https://www.hl7.org/fhir/extension-allergyintolerance-duration.html)

No way yet, but agree it'd be desirable. In short, we need to be able to indicate that certain profiles (including extensions) are used in an example
"not used" means not referenced by any profiles. It's not dealing with examples at all.
