The "no example" for this profile warning comes up for Extensions. Is it best practice to add the tiny example for the Extension, or should we suppress these warnings? The extensions are demonstrated in other examples, but you can only point to one profile per example in the IG resource.

Best practice is to check that they're used in one of the examples and, if so, suppress with a comment indicating where it's used. Eventually I hope the ImplementationGuide resource will allow flagging examples as implementing multiple profiles, but we're not there yet
