In all the AU Base Patient examples with generated narrative e.g. http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7au/au-fhir-base/Patient-example6.html ,
the gender is appearing as "(no stated gender)",

yet the gender is available e.g. https://github.com/hl7au/au-fhir-base/blob/master/examples/patient-example6.xml#L42
There seems to be an issue with the rendering/generating of the text narrative,

FYI - it does show the json when you click on the json link in the formats options:

that change (using "Raw 'file format' ") came a while back.
