Stream: IG creation
Topic: Example narrative shows up localluy but not in autobuild
Eric Haas (Aug 21 2019 at 16:54):
I have instances of MessageDefinition and GraphDefinition that the ig-pub generated narrative shows locally but not in the autobuild.
see : http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-alerts/branches/master/MessageDefinition-admit-1.html
and : http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-alerts/branches/master/GraphDefinition-admit-1.html
Eric Haas (Aug 21 2019 at 16:57):
it looks like the latest ig-pub update is the culprit - just updated and now is missing locally as well.... also is there a way to turn off the "usage stats to server.".. its slowing me down since I moved to a new place with lower bandwidth ?
Lloyd McKenzie (Aug 21 2019 at 18:45):
I'm curious why sending usage stats is so heavy/slow. (Because I've noticed it consumes a fair bit of time for my system too.)
Oliver Egger (Aug 21 2019 at 20:34):
My local version (a week old) gets an http timeout when sending usage stats, is the stats service running?
Grahame Grieve (Aug 21 2019 at 20:43):
server is sick
Grahame Grieve (Aug 21 2019 at 20:44):
in fact, the vm is not even running....
Grahame Grieve (Aug 21 2019 at 21:31):
should be good now
David Hay (Aug 22 2019 at 20:23):
And a reminder that here's where all that work goes to: http://clinfhir.com/igAnalysis.html (It takes a few seconds to load). I should look at some pretty graphs, now that there's a significant amount of data. Any suggestions?
Grahame Grieve (Aug 23 2019 at 01:33):
@Eric Haas I don't see any reason why the narrative would not draw now - is this still a problem?
Eric Haas (Aug 23 2019 at 05:30):
yes I just tried using the MessageDefinition example from the core spec in my test Ig and there in nothing in the html.xhtml file
Grahame Grieve (Aug 23 2019 at 05:32):
do you get any errors in the log?
Eric Haas (Aug 23 2019 at 05:37):
the narrative is generated and added to the xml and json, and there are no QA errors. I'll check the output logs
Grahame Grieve (Aug 23 2019 at 05:37):
yes the errors would be in the output logs
Eric Haas (Aug 23 2019 at 05:45):
I don't see any errors in the output logs either
Grahame Grieve (Aug 23 2019 at 05:50):
sigh. I'll get to it
Grahame Grieve (Aug 30 2019 at 10:37):
fixed next release
Douglas Denney (Sep 08 2019 at 19:34):
@Grahame Grieve I was building my IG today and got a timeout on sending usage stats? I thought it had been fixed? Is that not the case?
Grahame Grieve (Sep 08 2019 at 19:36):
I'll investigate
Grahame Grieve (Sep 08 2019 at 20:46):
ok fixed
Grahame Grieve (Sep 11 2019 at 16:00):
hey @David Hay http://clinfhir.com/igAnalysis.html - can we have the view by resource page sorted by path then extension url?
Grahame Grieve (Sep 11 2019 at 16:00):
David Hay (Sep 11 2019 at 19:10):
sure - will ping when done (likely tomorrow)...
David Hay (Sep 12 2019 at 20:30):
How's that?
Grahame Grieve (Sep 12 2019 at 20:33):
love it, thanks
Patrick Werner (Sep 12 2019 at 20:40):
very nice!
John Moehrke (Sep 12 2019 at 20:42):
can you pull the IHE ones? I know they are not as nice as HL7 but they are published on the IG registry.
Grahame Grieve (Sep 12 2019 at 20:52):
it's you who needs to get the IHE guides publishing through the IG publisher, and then they'll get into this system automatically
John Moehrke (Sep 12 2019 at 21:40):
I was afraid of that... but figured that most of the IHE IGs do have conformance resources now.... that are published on the IHE GitHub. https://github.com/IHE/fhir
Grahame Grieve (Sep 13 2019 at 06:27):
as long as you build through the IGPublisher...
John Moehrke (Sep 13 2019 at 10:54):
soon... real soon... we should put bets on if this is before JIRA at hl7?
