Hi all,
I am unable to get the valueset expansion table which was created using code system http://www.ama-assn.org/go/cpt . I am getting this error "unmarshalling resource: Unable to provide support for code system http://www.ama-assn.org/go/cpt".Can anyone suggest me how to resolve this?

this is due to licencing issues and sharing of AMA intellectual property ( namely the CPT codes). that is all you are going to get. You need to pay AMA to play with CPT codes.
