I'm getting the following errors when trying to use full URLs in references:

  • Bundle/333943ea-ef7b-4e25-9f4e-a8e4c6b574a6: Bundle.entry[0].resource.ofType(Parameters).parameter[0].value.ofType(Reference)
  • error
  • Relative URLs must be of the format [ResourceName]/[id]. Encountered "http://example.org/fhir/r4/Subscription/admission"

Is there a reason we have to use relative URLs here?
