Confirmed tx.fhir.org is up but getting the following message during IG publish: Publishing Content Failed: Unable to connect to terminology server. Error = Error fetching the server's capability statement: timeout (00:37.0086).

it's not responding well for me, either
the console is still churning away, but it doesn't seem to be fully funtioning so maybe it would be best to restart

It was a little balky even with restarting, but it's coming now - should be up in less than 10 min.
