In running the IG Publisher I get about a hundred of these:

I don't see a hint in the qa.html about these: how can I find out what they are?

that's the loader - it's trying to load encountered resources, and trying XML, and the XML parser is hard coded to produce that in the output. It's not anything you need to do something about
