Getting rid of page.kind has broken all of my IGs. I can no longer distinguish between "HTML content-only" pages and "generated" pages. And I need to do that because I generate templates for the HTML content-only pages, but not for the generated pages. For now, I'm going to define an extension and put back the necessary logic in the IGPublisher.
