I'm slowly learning about IG authoring/publishing and am looking at these sites documentation:

I found these as well, but it looks like it's been a while since they've been updated. Are they still accurate?

There's also this: http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=FHIR_IG_Framework, which is mostly up-to-date and is relevant for how things are set up for Genomics. http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=Implementation_Guide actually applies to v3 specs. The ImplementationGuide_Guidance one hasn't really been reviewed/discussed/approved, though there's some good stuff in there.
