Is there a reason that IGs show terminology bindings of "complex" datatypes, but the core spec doesn't? For example, we don't see any of the bindings within MedicationUsage.dosage, or MedicationStatement.dosage in the core spec, but we do in IPS's MedicsationStatement.dosage?
