Mea culpa. I mislabeled my versions of the carin-bb IG. I've learned my lesson, repented my sins and relabeled the versions in github, and the build reflects the new versions properly. How can I nuke the mislabeled build versions, in this case 0.2.0, 0.3.0, and 0.3.1?

Versions 0.1.1, 0.1.2, and 0.1.3 are keepers.

There's no accessible way to delete built Branch content -- but there's also no expectation that anybody is going to be paying attention to old branches or using them for anything. If this is causing you any practical trouble I can help delete things manually, but in general you don't need to worry about extra branches hanging around here.

Some of my audience is concerned that my screwed up version numbering is going to cause trouble during STU2 or STU3...(we should live so long). I'm willing to take that risk.

Random files hanging around on build.fhir.org won't have that effect.
