Wondering how to capture country of usual residence. Would it be safe to assume that Patient.address.country with a use of "home" would get this?

Depends on the definition. I someone with a 'home' address but spends 10 months of the year on project site in a different country "usually resident" there?

This is for case reporting and the guidance I have so far is "This is particularly important for people who travel across borders often and/or spend significant periods of time in another country." I guess, thinking about your friend's situation, we'd have to nail down the description of "usual residence" a bit more... I'm assuming it would be where they spend the majority of the year, but probably need a bit more info.
