I have a concept map between an "off the grid" value set (something internal from CDC) and a value set built with codes from SNOMED and NullFlavor.
Tried to build a concept map, and the display value from the source code doesn't get rendered.
It's there in the json, but not in the rendered. html.

I think the publisher does render the source display value if the source codesystem is 'official'. In this case the source code system's definition is buried in a spreadsheet and not accessible to the publisher.
