Feature request for IG templates: Make a separate heading for CodeSystems that are supplements only (which I kind of miss on eg. https://hl7.dk/fhir/core/1.1.0/terminology.html)

Can you submit a Git issue against the IG-publisher? (The first step would be to expose that information to the template, which is a publisher change.)
