Since recently I see some changes to the names of the pages.

when I open an artifact, I go to the page

then when I click in Examples and then back on Content tab, it tries to take me to the page

is there anything new on the way the files are named?

oops nevermind, I did mess up my templates.

The templates themselves changed a few months ago - went from following the FHIR core convention of not throwing StructureDefinition on the front of all profiles to putting the resource type at the front of all file names - both for consistency and to avoid collisions.
