Much of the eLTSS IG is just short name and description changes for ease of mapping. However, those are not showing in the differential for the profiles. Is there a way I can force this?

Are they still in the differential for the "generated" StructureDefinition? Are they making it into the snapshot? Because they definitely should be showing up in the differential view too...

Yep, the xml in the output directory has it so it's only the display version that's a problem

again, same issue - the IG publisher does not support sparse differentials
