Dears,
I wonder if there any reference or blog on how to control the output web ig pages, as if I want to put "CodeSystems" and "ValueSets" in a "Terminologies" tab instead of "Artifacts", and also if I want to split the profiles (resources) in multiple categories and pages.
Could you help me with that, please ?

That involves creating your own set of templates - which is possible, though not straightforward and not always well documented (fixing the documentation issues is on our 'list of things to do'). You can find some documentation about IG templates here: https://build.fhir.org/ig/FHIR/ig-guidance/
It also has references to the various ig-template Git projects, which you can inspect to see how well they work.
Finally, there is an intention to introduce a more sophisticated mechanism to control how artifacts are organized - likely using Composition. However, if/how/when that will happen is not yet landed.

With scripts, you can do whatever you want, but you wouldn't be able to use the CI build (due to untrusted scripts). There's no easy way to do what you're trying to do in the current templates yet, though there's an agreed need to tackle that eventually.
