hey can someone point me to the right process to generate a capability statement for the IG that Im working on (http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/bulk-data/). basically i want to publish an example section of a fhir capability statement that shows how a server would claim support for bulk data apis.

A capstatement for an IG describes the expected behavior of a conformant actor.

We use a custom tool ( Spreadsheet + Python) to generate capability statements complete with all sorts of expectation extensions. Before that we did it by hand. I think Forge and the FHIR tool kit have tools to create at least a basic capabilitystatement. Somebody more clever than I could theoretically generate the whole IG from a CapabilityStatement.
