According to the search parameter registry guidance it should (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/searchparameter-registry.html)
However, in the CapabilityStatement example ( https://www.hl7.org/fhir/capabilitystatement-example.json.html),
the link in the definition (http://hl7.org/fhir/SearchParameter/Patient-identifier ) throws the following error: Internal Error - unknown id Patient-identifier (from crsearchparameter.asp) .
That is the same error that my CapabilityStatement gives as well.
