I'm trying to bind a CodeableConcept to http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/iso3166-1-3, but the IG publisher is generating an error:
The link 'null' for "http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/iso3166-1-3" cannot be resolved.
Is this expected?
