@Grahame Grieve @Bryn Rhodes can anyone confirm if they have tested or better confirmed that an IG can be published (not just built) with a reference to the version of a value set and code system that are in the CI build of THO. the specific need is for a value set that has prior versions in the current published THO but we need expansions based upon the CI version of value set and code system. @Ted Klein @Rob Hausam

that's bending my head. but at least part of the answer is: no, we cannot publish IGs with references to CI Builds of any spec, including THO

That's my understanding as well, to go to a release publication, no dependencies on CI builds anywhere. Otherwise, it's not really a permanent release.
