I am getting this error Immunization.vaccineCode (l12/c18) error Code System URI 'http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/cvx' is unknown so the code cannot be validated
I don't think I was getting an error on this a few weeks ago (can't say that for sure, but I don't remember it). If anything, it was just a warning before - why is it coming up as an error and why is it unknown? I'm using the correct URI from here; https://www.hl7.org/fhir/cvx.html

the cvx error was transient - clear your cache and try again

Ok tx (and of course, I always manage to hit the transient errors!) It was in the CI build btw - I'll just rebuild there and hopefully it will disappear...
