When I compose a value set in ToF using a URL http://www.hl7.org/fhir/us/mihr/ValueSet/ 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.111.12.1012 (versus entering the individual codes), the build fails. Any suggestions?

Hi Grahame, The value set is Complications of Pregnancy, Childbirth and the Puerperium 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.111.12.1012 that I am referencing in ToF as a value set URL. When it's in there this error. FHIR-IG-Publisher-Version-Failure.docx
